This page explains what data Spectronika uses for accounts, purchases, delivery, security, and selected marketing.

Account and orders

We process the name, surname, contacts, delivery address, company details, order and loyalty points history you provide. This data is necessary for the account, contract, delivery, accounting, and customer service.

Safety and Technical Data

For connection security, we record the IP address, browser information, and login time. In product view analytics, the IP address is stored only as a one-way hash; product history is linked to your browser or logged-in account.

Marketing and abandoned cart

If you separately consent to marketing, we may send offers and one reminder about a cart left for more than 6 hours. You can unsubscribe via the link in the email or in your account settings. Replies to consultation emails are received by info@neurocta.lt.

Storage Terms

Technical records of product views are stored for up to 180 days. Irrelevant security, session, and automation records are periodically deleted. Accounting documents are kept for the period required by law.

Your rights

You may request to access your data, correct it, restrict processing, or delete it when retention is no longer required by law. For data inquiries, contact info@spectronika.lt via email.
